Very good food and ice cream

Had a gelato, and it was great ! They added onto their deck so there's plenty of outdoor seating.

Amazing flavors of ice cream and Italian ice. I just love there pulled pork combo meal.

A lot of the guys from work go here for lunch and I often wondered about the place. So I finally stopped in and got lunch the other day. It was very good. The girl who took my order was very nice and helpful. I got the pulled pork sandwich and waffle fries. Both were done perfectly and I had the food very quick. This is a great little place to eat and highly recommend stopping in.

Serviceable food. Well above average ice cream. There’s has to be something to it. But any PA Dutch business owners that have any variety of ‘homemade’ ice cream is pretty great. If you live in the area and go to any big box ice cream place you are missing out. The fact that they provide food is a tacet acknowledgement that they can’t only serve ice cream and expect people to rack up a bill there. The prices are solidly in the lower third of what you would reasonably expect to pay for cold desserts this good. On the contrary. It’s maybe a tad on the expensive side for their hot meals.

They were very busy but the food came out fast. And was delicious!!! I loved the outside seating area.

Really great ice cream at prices that can't be beat. PA is home to some of the best ice cream I've ever tasted but it's not always easy to come by with mediocrity leading the field in most towns. So, if you're in this area, even if it requires a detour, go here. Well worth it.

Great food! Their loaded shack fries are my favorite.

I ordered food two days in a row from ice shack both times there was a failure to add coleslaw to the order. The second day we confronted the ice shack about their negligence to add such a simple item to the bag and we were told it was our fault for not reviewing but we in fact reviewed the order a total of four times on the phone. The food is great but the staff is unable to comprehend such simple directions.

Great fast service. Tasty food and delicious frozen custard!!! This is a place for in door or out door covered porch dinning for the hole family!

The Ice Shack is such a great place to eat great food with great friends! My wife worked there in the kitchen for quite a few years & every so often I would get called in to help out when they got overly busy!

Had a grilled chicken salad here. Ingredients were fresh and serving size was just right. The cooks were able to make a few changes to my order to accomodate a low sodium diet. Thank you :)

Ice Shack is a FAVORITE dining destination for me & my tribe!!!Many freshly prepared, tasty choices on the menu served by friendly, smiling people who are always eager to please!!! 🌞 My FAVORITE dessert of choice is their YUMMY peanutbutter Ice Shack ice!!!🍦My vehicle has great difficulty passing by Ice Shack without pulling into the parking lot! 🚘

This is a nice cozy little Restaurant not far from Myerstown.Their burgers are the bomb.!!!!And their pulled pork sandwiches are very very good .Their prices are really fair .You get what you pay for .And ,their ice cream is to die for .Great place to eat ,very nice and friendly staff .

This is a great place for a meal or just an ice cream snack. The pork BBQ sandwiches are really good. One of my favorite ice cream snacks here is the "Rocky Road Sundae." If you haven't stopped here at the Ice Shack yet, you really ought to.... 😀

Ordered a pulled pork salad. It was literally a few pieces of lettuce, 3 cucumber slices, 1 grape tomato cut in half and a MAYBE 1/4 a cup of pork. Save your money because this was not a salad! Will not eat here again!! It's a shame because the few bites of pork I had tasted good.

Great family place. Good food at reasonable prices. Their menu consists of burgers, pork BBQ and other hot sandwiches. Our favorite is the pulled pork BBQ wrap combo with waffle fries. They also have salads and other side dishes like corn fritters. When you are finished with a meal, dessert is waiting. They have soft and hard ice cream, shack ice, gelatos and more. Indoor and outdoor seating is available.
